This morning’s walk was a refreshing way to welcome the weekend. Along the way, I came across a fork in the path, one frequently used by others, and another quiet, more scenic trail that no one seemed to be taking. I chose the latter.
That choice reminded me of a simple but powerful truth, sometimes, the road less travelled holds the most beauty. It may not be the obvious or popular choice, but it often offers moments of stillness, reflection, and unexpected joy.
For me, it’s never just about getting to the destination, it’s about how we journey through. If you find yourself in a similar season of change or uncertainty, I encourage you to embrace it. Let it teach you. Notice the beauty in the pauses, the detours, and the slower pace.
Take that day trip. Step outside. Let nature remind you that growth doesn’t always happen on the crowded path, it often blooms quietly, in the scenic moments we almost overlook.
“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson
